Our apps
None of our apps has an account, analytics or tracking. Here is what each one touches.
- ShiftDrop converts files on your computer and saves the result next to the original. Files are never uploaded. It only goes online when you click Install ffmpeg, to download that free engine.
- ScanDrop sends files straight across your own Wi-Fi between your PC and your phone, with no outside server or cloud. Each session has its own secret link, only the first phone that scans it can connect, and it closes after 15 minutes without activity.
- ShakeDrop only points to the files you drop on its shelf. It does not copy, move or upload them.
- Ada shows status Windows already has: what is playing, downloads, volume, charging and which apps use the mic or camera. Its short flash of what you copy hides password managers, and Ada does not keep or send any of it.
- Swipeboard runs in your browser from one file and works offline. Your slides and photos stay in that browser and in project files you choose to save.
When you buy
Checkout runs on Gumroad, which processes the payment. Your full card details stay with Gumroad and its payment providers.
With each order, Gumroad shares what we need to deliver it and help you: your email address, the name you gave, your country and what you bought. Gumroad's privacy policy covers how Gumroad handles your data.
Emails
We use your email address to deliver what you bought, to answer your messages and, if you subscribed, to send patch notes. We may also email buyers of a product about it, for example when an update ships. These emails go out through Gumroad, and each one has an unsubscribe link.
We never sell your email address or share it with anyone else.
Your data
